Ingredient
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)


Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Season the Salmon:
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Rub them with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, & garlic powder.
Sear the Salmon:
Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon fillets skin-side down for 2 minutes.
Glaze & Bake:
Brush the salmon generously with the Scotch Bonnet honey glaze.Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven & bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through & flakes easily with a fork.
Serve:
Drizzle extra glaze over the salmon and garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions. Serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
