  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 1 cup Montego Island Foods Jamaican Coconut Curry Sauce
  • Cooked jasmine rice

Instructions

STEP 1:

Sauté shrimp until just cooked and set aside.

STEP 2:

Sauté peppers and onion lightly.

STEP 3:

Add Jamaican Coconut Curry Sauce and simmer 3–4 minutes.

STEP 4:

Return shrimp and cook 2–3 additional minutes.

STEP 5:

Serve over rice.
