  • ¼ cup Montego Island Foods Scotch Bonnet Hot Honey
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

STEP 1:

Season salmon.

STEP 2:

Sear skin-side down in olive oil for 4 minutes.

STEP 3:

Flip and brush generously with Scotch Bonnet Hot Honey.

STEP 4:

Finish in oven at 400°F for 5–7 minutes.

STEP 5:

Drizzle additional hot honey and lime before serving
